at the end of the track leading to the moor (SW 698 366).
From Redruth take the B3297 towards Four Lanes; drive through Four Lanes and 1.25 miles out the other side, after the Nine Maiden Downs Centre on the right, turn left signed Carnmenellis. Stay on this road for about 1.5 miles, and shortly after Carnmenellis House on the left, the road turns sharply to the left (almost at a right angle towards Stithians). On the right hand side of this bend is the access track to Calvadnack Moor. Follow the Cornwall Wildlife Trust signs down the track.
Bring:
long trousers and stout footwear and bring work gloves, a packed lunch, sun screen and plenty of water.

Description:
Come and walk through the beautiful Cornish heath in search of heathland birds and whirring dragonflies.

at the Visitor Centre (SW 694 152).
Access to the reserve is about 2 miles north of Lizard Village off the A3083. Going towards Lizard Village, turn right at the "Wild Camping" sign and follow the (very bumpy) lane until you see the windmill.
Bring:
outdoor shoes and long trousers and bring binoculars, if you have them.

Access is from the B3266, Bodmin to Camelford road, turning east before or after St Tudy towards St Breward or Churchtown. Church Hay Down is between St Breward and Churchtown just east of Rylands.

old clothes, sturdy shoes and bring a packed lunch.
