Access is from the Redruth turning off the A30. Go north off the roundabout following signs to North Country. At the crossroads turn right towards Radnor. The Chapel is about half a mile further on the right-hand side.

Recycling Landscape – Mimicking Nature

Description:
Join us in a creative child and family workshop using recycled materials. Explore the wildlife around the mine site and see how nature can reclaim even the most industrially decimated landscape. We will start with sketches on site and continue at Treleigh Primary School (a short walk away). Suitable for all ages but under 10s to be accompanied by an adult.

In the event of poor weather the creative workshop will start at Treleigh School at 2pm.

Wild Weekends in West Cornwall

Description:
4-hour overland safari-style tour around the Land’s End peninsular.
Explore the scenery and wildlife of West Cornwall’s heathland, ablaze with colour from cliff to hilltop. Look for reptiles, mammals, insects and birds – including seasonal rarities. This rugged granite landscape boasts one of the highest concentrations of ancient sites in Britain and was recently awarded World Heritage status.

£35 adults, £25 children (suitable for over 10s only) -10% of cost will be donated to Cornwall Wildlife Trust.
