Heathland in Print – Collagraph

Description:
This two-day workshop will explore and interpret the textural autumnal heathlands around West Penwith through the medium of Collagraph Printing: a tactile collage-based technique that can offer endless possibilities in depth, texture, colour and tone. Be amazed at what you can achieve. Day one will include landscape exploration (including walking) and plate-making; and day two will be in the studio, printing. Work can be done from photographic archives in the event of bad weather.
Cost:
£50 for both days and all materials supplied.

at Geevor Tin Mine on the B3306 St Just to St Ives road. Coming from St Just the mine is signposted on the left between Botallack and Pendeen.
